Funny pic but... the quote under Washington is from the Treaty of Tripoli which wasn't written by Washington. It was written by Joel Barlow, passed unanimously by the Senate, and signed by John Adams.

Whoops. I read this and it sounded like something Washington had said, but after looking it up I've seen that yea it was Treaty of Tripoli stuff. Guess that's what I get for not fully looking over things first. Thanks for letting me know.
