2295I don’t understand how all of this destruction and chaos is part of a benevolent and loving creator’s master plan.

Of course an earthquake, tornado, or hurricane is benevolent. They help poor, ignorant humans to clear trash from their lives so they can start clean and fresh. If a few, or even a lot, of them die during this "cleaning" that must be par of a divine plan, too.

    It's a test, of course :-)

of course you dont understand, you are not God you retard.
This life is fickle and unimportant, do not live for this world alone.

After all, no one makes it out alive

What is more retarded? Believing in truth and fact, or believing in a fictional being? Your comment is typical of believers, and makes no sense. Depending on which god you believe in, you are either taught to blatantly hate, or you are taught to hate "between the lines". Whatever the case, you make our point that religion is a pipeline for the promotion of hate and the irrational.
Thank you for proving us right.

Every day that goes by something happens that would diminish my faith (if I wasn't an atheist). What would it take to convince these fundies that they're barking up the wrong tree. Loved ones everywhere are dying and it is sloughed off as something god routinely does. If that is true wouldn't they have some misgivings about the loving part of this god? They pray for things to this mythical god and nothing happens. If I was a fundy I would wonder why I should keep up this religious facade. The worst part of it for me is that these people are mostly all educated and they still believe in a sky fairy. It's totally mind boggling. Should these people be allowed to vote?
